Unlike the grifters who promise the moon and drain the wallet with empty hype, I built this service to give parents and players honest guidance so every dollar has a job.

I evaluate players for a living as an amateur scout, and I spent a decade recruiting at the D1 and D2 levels after a playing career that included a national batting title and a Red Sox draft selection. I stay current on the tools the industry actually uses — analytics, movement quality, exit velocity, and how a swing or arm plays against real pitching — and I use them to give an unbiased read. I am not selling a ranking and I am not selling a dream. I help families skip the expensive dead ends and put the work where it changes the player, on the field and off it.
