Four MLB scouts - one collective vision.  General path to a career is the major leagues is roughly a 0.0125% lottery ticket, being the son of a MLB players balloons that roughly 10%.  Why is that?  Genetics and environment play a factor, certainly monikers of bloodlines in the scouting industry contribute, but the reality is these kids start YOUNG.  Players need to start early and that's where we come in.  Let the compounding effects of proper training, mentoring, and consultation give you the best odds at carving out a playing career.  There is no guarantee anyone will make it to the Major Leagues but securing college opportunities in today's analytic world is a great start.
